In 2011 BMW launched manufacture of automobiles type 3-series, modification of 335i xDrive M Sport Edition. This car has four doors, the body chassis is shaped like a sedan, weight 1.6 tons and length 4.5 meters, which allows a seat 5 person in sum.

«3-series 335i xDrive M Sport Edition» have a full-wheel drive auto with a 6-speed manual gear shift. This car can speed up for 5.4 s to 100 km/h, with a ceiling speed of 250 km/h, thanks to a 6-cylinders petrol motor engine with a «direct injection fuel system», which generate a peak output of 306 hp at 5800 rpm.

Gas tank volume of this auto is 63 liters of petrol, therefore when normal fuel consumption is 8.8 liters per 100 km (6.7 liters on the highway, 12.4 liters in the urban), what allows drive about 716 kilometers unrefuelled.

The forward wheels of this automobile have ventilated disks, 300 mm brakes and attached to the chassis using suspension type «MacPherson, independent, coil springs» and equipped stabilizer bar. Rear wheels have ventilated disks, 336 mm brakes and fixed to the chassis through suspension «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped with sway bar. Tires have the next dimensions - 225/45R17.

In accordance with the results of Euro NCAP crash test, this model of BMW 3-series received the maximal number of stars - five, indicating that it is a perfect safe auto. Furthermore to active safety (ABS, ESP, EBD, Brake assistant, Traction control), it is also has passive systems of safety (side, passenger, driver, head/curtain airbags).
