BMW 3-series Touring · 320d · Wagon · 2001 ‐ 2005

From 2001 BMW launched production of autos model 3-series Touring, modification 320d touring and closed it in 2005. This 5-door wagon has a length of 4.5 meters, weight 1.5 tons and is destined to sit 5 person including the driver.

The front wheels of this car have ventilated disks, 300 mm brakes and attached to the underframe by dint of suspension «MacPherson, independent, coil springs» and equipped stabilizer bar. Rear wheels have ventilated disks, 294 mm brakes and fixed to the undercarriage using suspension type «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped with sway bar. Tires have the next dimensions - 205/55VR16.

According to the results of Euro NCAP crash test, this model of BMW 3-series Touring gained the many number of stars - four, which means that it is a well safe car. In addition to active safety systems (Brake assistant, Traction control, EBD, ABS, ESP), it is also has passive systems of safety (passenger, head/curtain, driver, side airbags).
