From 2012 BMW launched production of cars model 3-series Touring, modification of 320d Touring Executive. This five-door wagon has a length of 4.6 meters, weight 1.5 tons and is assigned to fit 5 person including the driver.

«3-series Touring 320d Touring Executive» auto with a 8-speed sequential automatic gearbox is fitted to the rear-wheels. 4-cylinders diesel motor engine with «common rail system» can generate power 184 hp at 4000 rmp, allowing you to accelerate the car in 7.6 s to 100 km/h and reach maximum speed of 226 km/h.

Gas tank volume of this vehicle is 57 l of diesel, thus when intermediate fuel consumption is 4.6 liters per 100 km (3.9 liters on the highway, 5.9 liters in the urban), that allow you drive nearly 1240 km unrefuelled.

The front wheels of this vehicle have ventilated disks brakes and attached to the chassis with help of suspension type «MacPherson, independent, coil springs» and equipped with anti-roll bar. Rear wheels have ventilated disks brakes and fixed to the chassis using suspension «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped anti-roll bar. Tires have the following measure - 205/60R16.

BMW 3-series Touring is not tested for Euro NCAP crash test. Furthermore to passive safety features (driver, side, passenger, head/curtain airbags), it is also equipped with dynamic safety features such as Traction control, ESP, EBD, ABS, Brake assistant.
