BMW 5-series · 530i High Executive · Sedan · 2005 ‐ 2007

In 2005 BMW began manufacture of automobiles model 5-series, modification of 530i High Executive and closed it in 2007. This 4-door sedan has a length of 4.8 meters, weight 1.5 tons and is assigned to fit 5 passengers including the driver.

Back wheels have ventilated disks, 320 mm brakes and fixed to the underframe using suspension type «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped sway bar. Tires have the following dimensions - 225/55R16.

According to the information of Euro NCAP crash test, this model of BMW 5-series got the lot quantity of stars - four, which indicates that it is a well safe automobile. Furthermore to dynamic systems of safety (ABS, ESP, Brake assistant, EBD, Traction control), it is also has passive safety systems (passenger, side, head/curtain, driver airbags).
