Rear wheels have ventilated disks, 345 mm brakes and fixed to the undercarriage by dint of suspension type «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped anti-roll bar. Tires have the next measure - 245/55WR17.

BMW 7-series is not tested for crash test Euro NCAP. Furthermore to passive safety features (driver, head/curtain, passenger, side airbags), it is also equipped with active safety features such as ABS, EBD, ESP, Traction control, Brake assistant.
