The forward wheels of this automobile have ventilated disks, 357 mm brakes and fixed to the underframe with help of suspension type «Multilink, pneumatic» and equipped sway bar. Rear wheels have ventilated disks, 335 mm brakes and fixed to the body chassis with help of suspension type «Multilink, pneumatic» and equipped stabilizer bar. Tires have the following dimensions - 245/45R19.

Lexus LS is not examined for Euro NCAP crash test. In addition to active systems of safety (ABS, Brake assistant, EBD, Traction control, ESP), it is also has passive systems of safety (passenger, driver, side, head/curtain airbags).
