In 2010 Mazda began manufacture of autos type 3, modification 1.6 CiTD Business+ and closed it in 2011. This vehicle has five doors, the body chassis is shaped like a hatchback, weight 1.2 tons and length 4.5 meters, that allows a seat 5 men in sum.

«3 1.6 CiTD Business+» is a front wheel drive auto with a 6-speed manual gearbox. This auto can speed up for 11 seconds to 100 km/h, with a max speed of 186 km/h, due to a 4-cylinders diesel motor engine with a «common rail system», which produce a peak power of 115 hp at 3600 rpm.

Fuel rate is 5.3 l in the urban driving mode, on the suburban 3.9 l, and the mixed fuel rate is 4.4 liters per 100 km. Tank capacity is 55 l of diesel, what provides to go roughly 1250 kilometers unrefuelled.

The front wheels of this automobile have ventilated disks, 278 mm brakes and fixed to the chassis through suspension «MacPherson, independent, coil springs» and equipped with sway bar. Back wheels have disks, 265 mm brakes and attached to the chassis with help of suspension «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped with sway bar. Tires have the next dimensions - 205/50R17.

In conformity with the results of Euro NCAP crash test, this model of Mazda 3 gained the maximal quantity of stars - five, which indicates that it is a highly safe auto. In addition to passive safety features (passenger, driver, side, head/curtain airbags), it is also equipped with active systems of safety such as ESP, ABS, EBD, Traction control, Brake assistant.
