From 2013 Opel launched production of autos type Adam, modification of 1.2 Slam. The weight of the car is 1.1 tons and a length of 3.7 meters, It is shaped as hatchback with 3 doors, and can be placed in a 4 men including the driver.

«Adam 1.2 Slam» vehicle with a 5-speed manual gear shift is connected to the front wheels. 4-cylinders petrol engine with «multipoint injection system» can produce power 70 hp at 5600 rmp, allowing you to speed up the car in 14.9 seconds to 100 km/h and obtain ceiling speed of 165 km/h.

The forward wheels of this vehicle have disks brakes and fixed to the chassis with help of suspension type «MacPherson, independent, coil springs» and equipped anti-roll bar. Rearward wheels have drums brakes and attached to the undercarriage by dint of suspension «Semi-independent, coil springs» and equipped stabilizer bar. Tires have the next measure - 215/45R17.

Opel Adam is not tested for Euro NCAP crash test. In addition to passive safety features (head/curtain, side, driver, passenger airbags), it is also has active systems of safety such as ABS, Brake assistant, Traction control, ESP, EBD.
