Rear wheels have disks, 278 mm brakes and fixed to the body chassis with help of suspension type «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped sway bar. Tires have the following dimensions - 205/50R17.

In conformity with the information of Euro NCAP crash test, this model of Volvo C30 received the maximal quantity of stars - five, indicating that it is a highly safe vehicle.
