CHRYSLER 300C Touring · photos, packages and modifications

When you consider about the first Touring model of Chrysler, it had been introduced in the Geneva Auto Show in 2004. Compared to the base model of the 300C, Touring model features with longer body, optional 4-wheel-drive system and greater interior spacing. This is the model that was available in the Australian and European markets only. It was the model designed with 3.0L V6 diesel unit and a choice of 3 petrol engines as 2.7, 3.5 and 5.7 liter. In the following years the Touring model came with SIRIUS Satellite Radio and Chrysler's "MYGIG" infotainment systems as the standard options.

In 2006 another Touring model SRT8 version of the Chrysler 300 C was introduced. It has been designed in order to deliver more than 425 hp up to 6.1L Hemi V8 engine and that too as top-of-the-line. Apart from that, it had impressive on-track performance. This is because the car was able to go with 0-60 mph sprint in 4.8 seconds. After one year from the release of SRT8 model, there were some exterior changes made with that. The new model came with the feature to increase engine cooling with the help of lower air dam and the rear spoiler also modified in this. In the SRT8 version of the Chrysler 300C Touring model, it had designed with Brembo brakes, rear lip spoiler and 20-inch forged aluminum wheels. But this car is only available for the Australian and European customers.
