Back wheels have disks, 278 mm brakes and fixed to the body chassis by dint of suspension type «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped stabilizer bar. Tires have the following size - 225/55R17.

According to the information of Euro NCAP crash test, this model of Mazda 6 gained the maximal number of stars - 5, which indicates that it is a highly safe vehicle.
