From 2005 Opel started production of automobiles type Vectra GTS, modification of 2.2-16V DGi and finished it in 2007. This auto has 5 doors, the body chassis is in the form a hatchback, weight 1.4 tons and length 4.6 meters, which can seat 5 person in sum.

The front wheels of this car have ventilated disks, 285 mm brakes and fixed to the body chassis using suspension «MacPherson, independent, coil springs» and equipped with sway bar. Rear wheels have disks, 278 mm brakes and attached to the undercarriage with help of suspension «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped with stabilizer bar. Tires have the following dimensions - 215/50R17.

In accordance with the results of Euro NCAP crash test, this model of Opel Vectra GTS received the many quantity of stars - 4, indicating that it is a well safe automobile. In addition to active safety systems (Brake assistant, ESP, Traction control, EBD, ABS), it is also equipped with passive safety features (side, head/curtain, driver, passenger airbags).
