From 2001 BMW started production of automobiles model 3-series, modification of 325i and closed it in 2005. This vehicle has four doors, the body is in the form a sedan, weight 1.4 tons and length 4.5 meters, which can seat 5 people in sum.

The forward wheels of this car have ventilated disks, 300 mm brakes and fixed to the underframe through suspension «MacPherson, independent, coil springs» and equipped anti-roll bar. Rear wheels have ventilated disks, 294 mm brakes and fixed to the chassis with help of suspension «Multilink, coil springs» and equipped with stabilizer bar. Tires have the next dimensions - 205/55WR16.

In conformity with the data of Euro NCAP crash test, this model of BMW 3-series received the great quantity of stars - 4, which means that it is a well safe car. In addition to passive safety (passenger, head/curtain, driver, side airbags), it is also equipped with active safety systems such as Traction control, EBD, Brake assistant, ESP, ABS.
