The forward wheels of this car have ventilated disks, 374 mm brakes and attached to the underframe by dint of suspension type «Double wishbone, independent, coil springs» and equipped with anti-roll bar. Rearward wheels have ventilated disks, 345 mm brakes and fixed to the underframe using suspension «Multilink, pneumatic» and equipped stabilizer bar. Tires have the following dimensions - 245/45R19.

BMW 7-series is not certified for crash test Euro NCAP. Furthermore to dynamic systems of safety (ESP, EBD, Traction control, Brake assistant, ABS), it is also equipped with passive safety features (side, head/curtain, passenger, driver airbags).
